We are a group of researchers from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain) sharing a common interest on the empirical analysis of microeconomic aspects of firm competitiveness. We have been identified and recognized as a consolidated group of research under the name of Eficiència i Competitivitat Empresarial (Business Efficiency and Competitiveness) by the Generalitat of Catalunya from which we receive financial support. We have also participated and received research funds from the Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia from the National Research Program.
Our main research areas are:

* Personnel Economics

Different members of the group are involved and organize teaching activities related with their research.
